
I'm behind in posting, as will be obvious by the posted dates and contest of these next couple images, but that's just the way it'll have to be.
This year, I made a few new dishes for Thanksgiving and a few I'd tried before. The appetizer was butternut-potato gnocchi with sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions, and sage and parsley (the last I'll be able to harvest from the garden until next year).
